TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS FOR VIP BOXES - HEXAGON CUP 2025

Location: Madrid Arena and Palacio de Cristal venues

1. VIP Box Access

Access to the VIP Box is reserved exclusively for holders of valid VIP Box tickets. Each ticket allows access to only one individual per day of the event and is non-transferable once inside the venue.

2. Services Included

The VIP box includes:

• Preferential seating with excellent visibility of the event.

• Exclusive catering and beverage service throughout the event.

• Access to exclusive relaxation and entertainment areas.

• Personalised customer service.

3. Purchase and Validation of Tickets

VIP box tickets must be purchased through the official Hexagon Cup channels. The ticket must be presented at the box entrance together with a valid identity document. The organisation is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

4. Use of the Gateway

Resale or use of the ticket for promotions without prior authorisation from the Organisers is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.

5. Conditions of Cancellation

No changes or refunds will be accepted once the ticket has been purchased, except in the case of total cancellation of the event. In this case, the refund procedure will be communicated.

6. Event Modifications

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the timetable or programme of the event due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. These changes will be communicated through the official channels as far in advance as possible.

The suspension, modification or variation of the established programme, for the above reasons (force majeure), will not generate any type of responsibility for the Organiser.

The Organiser warns that adverse weather conditions such as rain, extreme heat or high winds may cause delays in the scheduling of matches and, should this be the case, undertakes to announce such changes as far in advance as possible.

Weather conditions that could lead to changes in the timetable and programme shall be considered as force majeure.

7. Conduct in the VIP Boxes

All attendees are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour that does not interfere with the experience of other spectators. The use of professional cameras, video or audio recording equipment and any form of transmission without the express permission of the organisers is prohibited.

8. Security and Privacy

The organisation guarantees the privacy and security of those attending the VIP box. However, attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisation is not responsible for loss or theft.

9. Right of Admission

The organisers reserve the right of admission. Any person whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or in breach of the established rules may be refused entry or expelled from the site.

10. Audiovisual Register

All persons attending the tournament acknowledge that this is a public event and accept that their voice, image and face may be used, without any consideration, in live or delayed television or radio broadcasts, video, photographs or any other present or future medium or support.

No ticket holder or spectator may film, photograph, broadcast, broadcast, publish, transmit and/or offer to the general public (or assist a third party to offer to the public), live or delayed, in whole or in part, and whether free of charge or subject to payment, any sound recording, photograph, video footage, moving image, film or other audiovisual content captured by any means. The continued use of personal computers or hand-held electronic devices within the boundaries (spectator area) of the tournament courts is prohibited, with the exception of properly accredited media, tournament suppliers and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.

11. Privacy Policy

The Organiser (again, "HEXAGON PADEL POERATIONS, S.L.U.") will have access to all personal data provided at or through the venue, or otherwise in connection with the purchase of any tickets for the Hexagon Cup 2025.

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes how we treat your personal information and forms part of the terms and conditions of the Site. This Privacy Policy applies only to this purchase, and not to the collection and use of personal information by third parties through any website to which there are links on this website.  

By using this website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid.
